If, despite proper care, your flowers wilt or deteriorate within this freshness window, please let us know promptly. We may request a photo for verification, as this allows us to continually improve our standards and service.

Refunds and Replacements

Your experience matters to us. If your flowers are unsatisfactory or do not arrive in the expected fresh condition, we offer two resolution options:

  • Replacement: We will arrange for a fresh bouquet to be delivered as soon as possible, subject to availability and delivery schedules.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not suitable or you prefer a refund, we will process this using your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 3-5 working days once approved.

Please note that refunds and replacements are generally not available for issues reported more than 5 days after receipt, as flower freshness cannot be guaranteed beyond this period.
